If your publisher information already exists in the system, please write to tucl.isbn@gmail.com to request the ISBN Officer to assign you as an authorized person of the publisher. If your pubisher information doesn't exist, please write to tucl.isbn@gmail.com to request the ISBN Officer to create the publisher information and assign you as an authorized person to that publisher. In order to create a new publisher information, you will have to include the publisher details such as name, address, contact telephone, email, etc. in the email.
